While we take great pride in our programs here at Pilaflex, we are more than just another Pilates studio in Montreal. Of these programs, Somatherapy and the Superior Exercise Program have been the most popular. In addition, our studio is proud to offer a wide range of yoga and other flexibility programs, such as Myofascial stretching, ELDOA, Hatha Yoga, and Restorative Yoga. While Pilaflex is known for offering programs which focus on customer rehabilitation and gradual fitness improvement, there are countless customers who crave for a high-intensity program. While we did not initially offer these types of programs in our studio, many customers have worked with our professionally trained staff to develop programs which truly push people to their physical limits. Today, we are proud to offer these high intensity “boot camp” styled programs to all customers who feel up to the challenge.
